Kaizen for Free Pascal Community(KFPC) is a project that improves the experience of using the Free Pascal compiler and two major projects involved in using it: Lazarus/LCL and MSEide/MSEgui.
The improvement comes in small steps, most of them as:

Patches for the official pascal sources, bug announcements and other kind of proposals

Recommended Free Pascal programming practices
